Chances are that you have probably heard of the first “industrial revolution”. The first is industrial revolution is commonly reference by two elements (water and coal) that together produce steam. Following the original industrial revolution was the second “electricity” in the late 1800’s then followed by the third “digital” which began gaining steam in the 1980’s.

The following article published recently in Forbes, makes mention of the familiar term we began hearing in the early 2000’s – STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math). However, the author makes a compelling argument that a newer term (STEAM) coined in the mid 2010’s, could very well be a more appropriate term. Read On…
